Bombers midfielders generally only accumulate high numbers when the team is sitting back accumulating high inside 50s. This has not worked defeat good teams all season I expect Brad Scott to try something different. The Lions in a must win game won't let merit accumulate high numbers.

We hate taking high lines on players like this but all signs point to a Rioli pig out today. Final round dead rubber games generally see higher uncontested counts. Also the sons have been giving away +10% to half backs this season. Add to that it being a fine weather day game. Rioli will be looking to impress to add some extra dollars to a contract at either club.

Ross lion is too smart to get beaten by what he knows. Cripps was unstoppable last week against the Eagles and the saints won't let him run free again. Liam Stocker will be there most likely to go to him and limit his influence with potentially Steele putting in some work as well.

Today is a do I die clash which will create a finals type pressure in Ballarat. This should result in lower uncontested possession and lower possession counts individually across the board. So will the heavy predicted winds. That alone creates a decent play at this number for Treloar however there is also the added danger of Bedford going to him. Bedford might struggle with the size of Bont.
