Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using AFLSharps

 

• AFLSharps is not a bookmaking or wagering site and does not accept or place bets. We only provide a tipping service and do not offer financial advice of any kind.

 

• Members must confirm that they are over the age of 18 and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of AFLSharps.com. 

 

• By subscribing to AFLSharps and becoming a member, individuals acknowledge and agree to only place bets with Australian licensed betting service providers. 

 

• By consenting to the Terms and Conditions you agree to not distribute your password to any third party. Doing so will result in a termination of your subscription. Please advise us immediately of any security breach that may have resulted in your password being distributed. 

 

• Members can terminate their service at any time. AFLSharps may also terminate your service at any time without notice if you are found to be in breach of any of the terms.

 

• By subscribing to AFLSharps members acknowledge and agree that the tips received are confidential and proprietary and should not be shared with others without prior written consent from us. If a member is found to have distributed their tips without consent of AFLSharps, their membership will be discontinued immediately.

 

• While AFLSharps believes in its betting methods and has seen success in our collective, there is no guarantee of future profits. Members should be aware that betting is a form of gambling with the potential to result in the loss of their entire bet/stake amount. AFLSharps is not responsible for member losses or profits from winnings and there are no refunds for gambling losses. 

 

•  AFLSharps advocates for responsible gambling and encourages members to maintain control over their gambling habits. Members should implement tips in a controlled and responsible manner, only betting what they can afford to lose. 

 

• AFLSharps reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions at any time and members agree to be bound by the amended terms if they continue to subscribe. If members do not agree with the terms, they should cancel their subscription. 

• From time to time this website may contain links to other sites or services that have no affiliation with AFLSharps. We assume no control or responsibility for any policies, content or practices from any third-party website or service. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred from the activity on those websites from those redirected there from aflsharps.com.au.

 

• Packages may be cancelled at any time, but missed payments will still be owed on the member's account. All outstanding payments must be made before the member can receive tips again. 

 

• All terms are in accordance with the laws of Australia and will not regard its conflict of law provisions.
